Took the opportunity to do a couple of loops of the FoDCA trail whilst I had a client visit in nearby Coleford.

Several months since I last did this trail & it is in serious need of some TLC. It's now extremely technical, simply due to the amount of mud covering roots, and serious erosion.

On the 2nd loop, I came off & smacked my knee into a root - ouch, big time.
